A la carte or in set menus, the dishes that are offered to you come from the market cooking. Selection of wine by glass, and wine list including 600 references. Speciality of harmony between dishes and wines. The setting links ancient and contemporary materials. In winter, a blazing fire in the fireplace will warm up your meals. In summer, hidden from sight, huddled up against the choir of the Eglise Collégiale and the Chapelle du Chapître, a shady terrace will guarantee moments of absolute quietness. Cellar dug in the rock (old stones quarry).
